Admission Procedure (F.Y.B.Com., F.Y.B.A., F.Y.B.Sc.)

Date: 07.06.2008
1. Prospectus and Admission Forms are available at the General Office - Counter No.6 / 7. It can be purchased by paying Rs.100/- in cash.
2. Fill in the Form and get it checked from respective Vice Principal / Committee Member and submit on or before 14th June, 2008.
3. The first merit list of outside students who are eligible for admission, will be displayed on 16th June, 2008.
4. Admission should be taken within TWO DAYS (17th/18th June, 2008) otherwise their claim will be lost.
5. The students who are eligible for admission should collect their admission form and get it checked at:
>>F.Y.B.A. (In-house students) Rm. No. 22 & (Outside students) Rm. No. 21
>>F.Y.B.Sc. (In-house students) Rm. No. 116 & (Outside students) Rm. No.115B
>>F.Y.B.Com. (In-house students) Rm. No. 119 & (Outside students) Rm. No.122
6. The fees are to be paid at Cash Counter.
7. The Admission Fees will be accepted from 11th June, 2008 for In-house students as per schedule displayed on Notice Board.
8. All other information is available in the Prospectus. In case of any difficulty please contact Vice Principal / Registrar / O.S.
9. Admission Time: 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 noon.
10. Fees for Paying Students -
F.Y.B.Com. / B.A. : Rs.3,910/-
F.Y.B.Sc. General : Rs.5,160/-
F.Y.B.Sc. Biotechnology : Rs.14645/-
F.Y.B.Sc. Computer Science : Rs.15645/-

Fees for Non-Paying Students - F.Y.B.Com. / B.A. / B.Sc. : Rs.120/- (SC/ST/SBC/DT/NT/OBC candidates fulfilling required conditions)
The candidates who are from outside Maharashtra State or candidates of CBSC / ICSE  Board are required to pay additional fees for document verification Rs.400/-.
Documents required: SSC & HSC One Attested Copy of Marksheets, Cast Certificate if applicable. Other than Birla College students should submit original Leaving Certificate. Candidates from Other States should submit Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Mumbai.

F.Y.B.Sc. Biotech / Computer Science candidates have to pay fees by Demand Draft in favour of ‘Birla College, Kalyan’for fee paying students.

Any clarification /change in Fee Structure (as per University Rules) will be communicated and accordingly action will be taken.
