Infrastructure Details
A new building admeasuring 32,937 sq. ft. area is constructed. It gives an
additional capacity for 21 class rooms with a capacity of 60 students each and
8 laboratories for Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology,
Environmental Science, Herbal Sciences and Bioanalytical Sciences.
A new building (annex to this building) is under construction to house general
administrative office on the ground floor, additional class rooms on the first
floor and an auditorium with a capacity for 300 seats on the second floor. A
new Canteen building is under construction. Boys/Girls toilets are added and
renovated.
There is a separate common room / rest room for women students and common room
for staff members.
The available infrastructure is optimally utilized by:
a. Time table is made in such a way that all class rooms are optimally
utilized. One of the Vice Principals is given charge to supervise the same.
b. Most of the class rooms are fully utilized from 7.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and
some of the class rooms are further utilized from 5.30 to 8.30 p.m. for M. A.,
M. Com. Classes and for the contact sessions of IDE, University of Mumbai and
YCMO University, Nashik.
c. Two class rooms are provided to the students from 5.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
for study purpose.
d. Some of the class rooms are utilized on Sundays/ holidays also for extra
lectures and for courses of YCMOU (M.B.A. and B.Lib.Sc.etc.)
e. The College provides its facilities to ICFAI, ICAI, ICWA, etc. for
conducting their examinations in vacation, on holidays and Sundays.
f. The College provides facilities to schools and associations like Inner Wheel
Club, Giants Group, Income Tax Department, etc. to organize social and sports
activities.
